Running Week 1

You must have long term goals
to keep you from being frustrated by short term failures.

Monday
Did 30 minute's of the weight loss program on the treadmill (intervals of hard running and cool-down walks). 1.7 miles accomplished.

Tuesday
Shoveled snow for an hour or so .

Wednesday
None

Thursday
2 Mile Run

Friday
None

Saturday
5.45 Miles Ran
.35 Miles Walked

I ran 8.3 out of the 10 miles I planned for my running goal this week.
