2.5 Miles Ran (with Liv in the stroller) in 43 min 10 sec

Thursday (Run)
1 Mile Walked
1.5 Miles Ran (with Liv in stroller) in 25 min 8 sec

Friday (S&S)
1 Mile Walked
Mowed Yard

Saturday (Long Run)
1.8 Miles Walked
3 Miles Ran in 50 min
