I found a 24 week running program that will help me prepare for the Moab Half Marathon, it consists of four days of running, one day of cross training , two days of stretching and strengthening, and one day of rest. I like how each day is something different and the mileage changes each day so hopefully I won't burn out or get sick of running the same thing day after day.
Week One of the Program
Monday (Cross Train + Stretching and Strengthening)

2 Miles Ran (with Livie in jogging stroller) in 37 min 36 seconds +
1.2 Miles walked
Thursday (Run)
2 Miles Walked
1 Mile Ran (with Livie in jogging stroller) in 17 min 47 seconds +
.8 Miles Walked
Friday (Stretch and Strengthen)
2 Miles Walked
Saturday (Long runs)
None
