Some of you might be wondering what happened to week 3, 4, 5, and 6, and I am more than embarrassed to have to admit that not much happened, there just wasn't anything to report.
I learned that running at night just doesn't work for me and my families schedule. I am currently getting up early and doing my running, so we'll see if my running numbers improve.
Monday's progress
1 mile ran in 16 minutes
1 mile walked in 18 minutes
For a total of 2 miles in 34 minutes
(at this rate it would take me 3 hours and 41 minutes to finish a half marathon)
Tuesday's progress
1 mile ran in 14 minutes
1 mile walked in 18 minutes
For a total of 2 miles in 32 minutes
(That's 2 minute less than yesterday!)
Wednesday's progress
I rested!
Thursday's progress
1 mile ran in 15 and a half minutes
1 mile walked in 18 and a half minutes
For a total of 2 miles in 34 minutes
Friday's progress
1 mile ran in 16 minutes
1 mile walked in 19 minutes
For a total of 2 miles in 35 minutes
* So it's only taken me seven weeks, to finally get more than three runs in a single week.
Saturday's progress
I rested
Sunday's Progress
Went for a short brisk walk

I'm so proud of you! I've started an exercise program about 6 times since Dallin was born. And of course I keep falling off the wagon!
