- Work more rigorously to complete my running goals. Absolute flop only completed 25 of the 61 miles I was supposed to accomplish this month.
- Get the carpets scrubbed before it gets to cold in our house for the carpets to actually dry out. Done 11-3
- Reading the scriptures (more often) with a greater purpose in mind. Failed to begin this goal little lone complete it!
- Finish my crocheted rug. I finished about 5 of the seventeen feet needed.
- Plan Livie's b-day party . Done
- Scrub our couches down. Goal unaccomplished
- Finish the Anne of Green Gables books. Accomplished 11-25
- Plan a monthly dinner menu. Created 11-6
- Eat just one serving of food each meal, no seconds.... (this one's going to be incredibly hard for me, especially since I'm cooped up in the house all day). I failed at his one miserably
- Have a family dinner with my siblings and my parents. Attempted 11-9
- Write thank you notes, that are long over due. Unaccomplished
- Spend at least one night out with Derik and no kids. Unaccomplished
- Spend some "alone" time with each of my kids. This one is tricky because I did have alone time with each of my children but I didn't use that time as I intended
- Find the good in others and praise it. I hope I did....
- Load up my Ipod with scriptures to listen to, instead of the news. Ipod loaded up 11-3
- Teach myself something new. Made from scratch Sourdough Pizza 11-18, Crocheted Hat 11-21
- Have a craft night with my kids. Does having them terrorize me as I put up Christmas count?
- Have the dishes done before I go to bed. I accomplished this about 50 % of the time
- Focus on having family prayer every night. Unaccomplished
- Plan ahead for FHE instead of doing it last minute. Unaccomplished
- Paint my toenails. I even painted Livie's 11-24

Hey! I love the Anne of Green Gable series. Have you had a chance to read the one Before Green Gables? I liked it a surprising amount.
These goals were awesome and so great. So what if you didn't achieve them all! I am totally impressed that you set them.
Looking at the "date night" goal... Do you want to do a kid swap so we can accomplish this? Our kids are already all over both our houses anyway. I think Livvy could warm up to me! We could do a craft during the night we babysit and count that too! Then we could kid swap one at a time for the "alone" time. If you can't tell, if I wrote goals, mine would be quite similar to yours!
one more thing: For Family Home Evening, I have been taking whatever handouts/coloring page the kids get from church the day before and we talk about that for the lesson. The only FHE's we really plan ahead are if there are problems that need to be addressed family-council style! Like, No more hanging up posters with double stick tape, etc!
ps. You can delete my advice! Just putting it out there! Love ya!
