My 14.5 Day Challenge

I don't want to blow any of my circuits by being ridiculously over excited in my new aspirations, so I'll try to find balance in making this a challenge (meaning it's going to take hard work) and not over complicating my life and leading myself to disappointment and bitter frustration.
First things first. Getting my act together....
  1. By starting each day out with a healthy breakfast (I never eat breakfast)
  2. Completing my house chores, after breakfast, before I indulge in various other time wasting activities.
  3. Complete phase one of the South Beach diet (which takes exactly two weeks)
  4. Doing at least one hour of exercising, EVERYDAY, whether it be running or a brisk walk
  5. Reading at least two chapters of scriptures each day
  6. Find a way to speak more meaningfully with my Father in Heaven. Whether it be praying more often or more sincerely.
  7. Choosing to be the instigator and leader when it comes to couple prayer, family prayer and FHE.
  8. Taking care of my personal appearance, such as putting on make up, getting fully dressed (oh how I hate bra's) in matching clothes, showering before noon, brushing and flossing and bleaching my teeth on a more regular basis.
  9. Taking the time to find the good things my husband and children do and pay them a compliment each day.
  10. Finish The Church History Book
For now I think I'll find that doing each of these things, each day, will be more than enough of a challenge for me. Wish me Luck!!!
