First things first. Getting my act together....
- By starting each day out with a healthy breakfast (I never eat breakfast)
- Completing my house chores, after breakfast, before I indulge in various other time wasting activities.
- Complete phase one of the South Beach diet (which takes exactly two weeks)
- Doing at least one hour of exercising, EVERYDAY, whether it be running or a brisk walk
- Reading at least two chapters of scriptures each day
- Find a way to speak more meaningfully with my Father in Heaven. Whether it be praying more often or more sincerely.
- Choosing to be the instigator and leader when it comes to couple prayer, family prayer and FHE.
- Taking care of my personal appearance, such as putting on make up, getting fully dressed (oh how I hate bra's) in matching clothes, showering before noon, brushing and flossing and bleaching my teeth on a more regular basis.
- Taking the time to find the good things my husband and children do and pay them a compliment each day.
- Finish The Church History Book
