Delicious Dinner....CheckDerik and I celebrated our seven year anniversary by dropping our kids off at our good friend Jami's house (thank you, thank you!) and heading out to one of our favorite restaurants, Thaifoon. We both love the food and atmosphere there.
We've been down some rough roads (most of which were of my own making), but I can honestly say I'm excited for what our future holds, and I'm grateful for all the lessons that have taken place along the way!
For every struggle we've had, there has been joy, for every failure we've had, there has been a triumph, for every disagreement we've had there has been growth and understanding, for every low, there's been a high, in the big universe of opposites, we balance one another and who could ask for more!
I love you Derik David Giovannoni!

Congrats! I'm glad you guys were able to have a nice evening out. I need to go to that restaurant sometime!
Congratulations on 7 years! That is very impressive. Now you have me very curious about this restaurant. I have passed it several times and wanted to try it, but I never have. It's at the Gateway, right? We are headed up there tonight for the Jazz game so maybe I can convince our friends that they want Thai for dinner.
I wanted to tell you that I made your pizza bake recipe and it turned out great. I actually substituted the chicken/beef for squash and zucchini, and my husband LOVED it! It's been requested again, so you know it was good. Thanks for sharing.
P.S. I love the title of your last post. It's so true! "The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." Good luck on your running endeavors!
Congrats! Love your hair too!
You are so pretty! I love that you got all dolled up and worked it! Good luck finding some new chunky tall boots to strut your stuff in for the next 7 years!
