Running Progress Week Ten

Monday's total
2 miles ran in 35 minutes and 35 seconds (I even pushed Livie in her jogging stroller)
1 mile walked in 20 minutes and 25 seconds
For a total of 3 miles in 56 minutes

Tuesday's total
2 miles ran in 32 minutes
1 mile walked in 20 minutes 32 seconds
for a total of 3 miles in 52 minutes and 32 seconds
(I even ran a new route tonight and the whole first mile was a gradual incline, I thought I did pretty well for thinking the whole time that I was never going to make it, seriously that first mile was harder than H-E-C-K for me!)

Wednesday's total
Short and sweet baby!
1 mile ran in 14 minutes 36 seconds
(Still incredibly slow I know, but hey at least there's a slight improvement)
.2 miles walked in 4 minutes and 42 seconds
For a total of 1.2 miles in 19 min 18 sec

Thursday's total
I rested

Friday's total
2 miles ran in 31 minutes and 37 seconds
.2 miles walked in 4 minutes 13 seconds
For a total of 2.2 miles in 35 minutes 50 seconds

Saturday's total
2.5 miles ran in 40 minutes
.7 miles walked in 16 minutes
For a total of 3.2 miles in 56 minutes

That's Five days out of Seven, I finally did it!!!
