
So I said I was going to start running two miles a day because I thought I was up to it.... can I take that back?
Mondays two miles just about did me in, they could have possibly been the longest 35 minutes of my life. Here's to next week, may it not be as hard!
Mondays progress
35 minutes of running
2 miles ran
1.5 miles of walking
For a total of 3.5 miles in one hour
Tuesdays progress
There was none. I had my plate full with Enrichment Night and Activity Days.
Wednesdays progress
32 minutes of running
2 miles ran
.7 miles of walking
For a total of 2.7 miles in 44 min
Thursdays Progress
25 minutes of running
1.5 miles ran
1.5 miles walking
For a total of 3 miles in 45 min
Fridays progress
Took a rest
Running the day before with my mom had taken its toll. She kicked my butt! She could actually walk faster than I could run....
Saturdays progress
There was none.
Sunday
I took a short walk with the family
This week I ran 3 out of the 5 days I was striving for.
