Isn't this house totally crush worthy?

Poor Mr. Giovannoni has had to start breathing classes and stress management courses because after almost eight years of absolutely no resistance to the renting lifestyle, his wife has gone and gotten the "house bug". In my defense this home would actually only cost us just about 50 to 100 bucks more a month, then what we pay now...why not get a place to call our own?
Although I'm sure by the time I convince Mr. Giovannoni to take the plunge, I'll be somewhere in my 80's (cause surely by then we'll have saved enough to pay cash for a home), a girl can dream right?
